Making Your Selections
From choosing your flooring to your light fixtures, building a custom home entails a lot of decision making. If you're feeling overwhelmed or if you just want an extra set of eyes to look over your choices, we're here to help.
Do you love to pin on Pinterest? Feel free to create a board with photos of fixtures and finishes you like. (It's helpful if you organize things by type and room, e.g., separate boards for lighting, flooring, etc-.)
Say you're looking for help with finding pendant lights for your kitchen. Create a board called "Kitchen Pendants" and pin inspiration photos (whole-room shots or specific products you like). Post the link to your board on Co-Construct and let us know you'd like some help. From there, we'll take a look at your pins and then offer suggestions that fit your budget and reflect your style.
Houzz
You'll find tons of inspiration on Houzz, including photos of our own projects. Create inspiration boards by room or by subject (e.g., Lighting, Floors, Kitchen, Master Bath, etc-).
Once you've accumulated some inspiration photos that convey your taste and style, post the link(s) on Co-Construct and let us know how we can help. As with Pinterest, we'll go over your inspiration photos and make suggestions that work for your space and budget.
Should you use Pinterest or Houzz? Feel free to use one or both, it's up to you.
Co-Construct
Co-Construct is our home base for your project. Making selections on time is important (we want you to be able to close and move in on time!) and Co-Construct keeps everyone on the same page about deadlines, pricing, and details of your build. All the information on making your selections is there, from which ones require an appointment at local showrooms, to lists of specific light fixtures you'll need to choose.
